For Internet connection, both incoming and outgoing traffic is charged.

You can change your pricing plan in «ALTEL» JSC Service centers or through your personal account.

If your change your pricing plan through the personal account, the change is effected on the day of order. When changing pricing plan to a pricing plan that includes subscription fee, it will be charged from the balance in full, and traffic included in the subscription fee will be valid till the end of the month.

When shifting to a certain pricing plan, Subscriber must have an amount on its balance that is in excess of change fee and subscription fee of the new pricing plan.
It is possible to abandon Giga and ThreeGiga pricing plans if the balance of pre-paid traffic has been fully used. The amount of subscription fee for the current month will be summed and will be equal to the total amount of subscription fee and of previous and new pricing plans.

Each pricing plan can be joined only once a month.

Legal entities can change pricing plan only in Service-centers of «ALTEL» JSC, by written application.
